Revive number 5Dr. Norgen Wilson was born in Sandy Point on November 2nd, 1976 to parents Lindia Webster and Maxwell ‘Power’ Wilson. He and his six siblings were raised in Sandy Point by his grandmother Gertrude ‘Sister’ Webster and he attended the Sandy Point Primary and High Schools. After graduating, he worked as a pharmacist in his father’s pharmacy until 1998 when a government- aided program provided him the opportunity to pursue a medical degree in Cuba.
Returning to St. Kitts in 2005 as a qualified doctor, Norgen served at JNF hospital until he was transferred to Pogson Hospital in his home town, Sandy Point. He currently holds the title of District Medical Officer for all communities ranging from Old Road through to Parsons.
Norgen holds post as Second Lieutenant in the St. Kitts-Nevis Defence Force, as well as lecturing for the Nursing Program at Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College.
As well as his contributions to caring, protecting and educating the community, Norgen is also heavily involved with volunteering. He supports and donates to community groups, serves as Vice President on the Community Improvement and Personal Empowerment Organization (CIPEO) and lectures to students on the dangers of drugs and alcohol, gangs and STIs.

Vision:
In light of current efforts to advance the decentralisation of the tourism and commerce industries, I aspire to accelerate development in these areas in Constituency #5.
- Introduction of Governmental Offices
- Tourism development in areas such as Pump Bay & La Vallee
- Restoration of Sugar mills and stone fort remains (other than Brimstone Hill)
- Development of a major Commercial Site, so as to separate residential and commercial areas
- Improvement of our sporting facilities, including Half Way Tree, Stadium View and Sandy Point Old Recreation Grounds
- Improvement of access roads and drainage, which would help to create a By-Pass Road to ease congestion on the Main Road
- Encouragement to more youth & other community groups to become active in the community
- Revival of sports leagues throughout the constituency
- Improvement of Human Resources in Health and Education throughout the country
